Your address should include all relevant details such as street name, house or building number, apartment number (if applicable), and contact information. Accurate address details help us avoid delivery delays.
Please note that The Nest Deco is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incorrectly delivered orders if the shipping address provided during checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Important Shipping Guidelines
• Orders are shipped on working days only (Saturday to Thursday).
• All orders must include a complete and accurate delivery address.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
• Delivery is available only within our designated service areas in Bangladesh.
Order Processing Time
All orders require a processing period before shipment.
Once your payment is successfully authorized and verified, your order will typically be processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from the delivery time required for the shipment to reach its destination after it has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

• Inside Dhaka: 3-5 working days after shipment
• Outside Dhaka: 5-7 working days after shipment

Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Out-of-Stock Items
If your order contains multiple items and one or more items are temporarily out of stock, we will proceed with shipping the available items.
For any unavailable product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

In certain cases, we may request confirmation of your shipping address or billing information before completing the order.
