To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
The following items may not be eligible for return:
• Products that have been used, assembled, or altered
• Items without original packaging
• Products damaged due to improper use by the customer
• Customized or specially ordered furniture items

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider.
In some cases, customers may also be offered product replacement instead of a refund.
If the return is due to:
• Damaged product
• Incorrect item delivered
• Manufacturer defect
The Nest Deco will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return request is due to change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated according to the return policy after delivery.
